This document constitutes the legally binding Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governing all use of the kuyaph platform, including the website at kuyaph.org and all associated mobile applications, services, and gaming products. Please read this Agreement in full before using kuyaph.
These six highlights summarize the most important obligations and protections in kuyaph's Terms & Conditions. They do not replace the full Agreement below — please read the complete document.
kuyaph is strictly available to persons who are 21 years of age or older. This is a PAGCOR regulatory requirement enforced through government ID verification during the KYC process. Accounts found to belong to underage players are permanently closed without exception and balances are handled per PAGCOR protocol.
Each individual may hold only one kuyaph account. Creating duplicate, joint, or shared accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts, along with the forfeiture of any bonus balances held therein. Winnings derived from duplicate accounts may also be voided.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your kuyaph login credentials. kuyaph will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in is your responsibility. Report suspected unauthorized access to kuyaph support immediately via live chat.
All transactions on kuyaph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits are accepted only from payment methods registered in the account holder's own name. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same method used for the original deposit unless otherwise verified by kuyaph's compliance team in accordance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements.
All kuyaph bonuses, free bets, free spins, and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements and other conditions specified at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Attempting to exploit bonus promotions is a breach of this Agreement.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute between you and kuyaph arising from your use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Philippine courts, with PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism available as a preliminary escalation path for gaming-related complaints.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

By accessing the kuyaph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on any game or event offered by kuyaph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
If you do not agree to any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the kuyaph Platform and close your Account if one exists. Continued use of the Platform after any published amendment to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
Important: This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and kuyaph. By registering an Account, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under Philippine law, that you are at least 21 years of age, and that your use of kuyaph is not prohibited by any law applicable to your jurisdiction.
Use of the kuyaph Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:
kuyaph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify continued eligibility. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.
To access real-money gaming services on kuyaph, you must complete the Account registration process and satisfy all KYC verification requirements. The registration process requires you to provide your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.
KYC documentation must be submitted and approved before any deposit, withdrawal, or real-money wager may be placed. Accepted forms of government-issued identification include: the PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, Driver's License issued by the Land Transportation Office, SSS ID or UMID card, PRC Professional Identification Card, and Postal ID. The identification document submitted must not be expired and must clearly show your full name, photograph, and date of birth.
You represent and warrant that all information provided during registration and KYC verification is accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to update your Account information promptly if any of the submitted details change. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC is a material breach of this Agreement and may constitute a criminal offence under Philippine law.
Each individual may hold only one (1) kuyaph Account. kuyaph employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts. Where duplicate Accounts are confirmed, all associated Accounts will be closed, bonus balances forfeited, and the matter may be referred to PAGCOR.
You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kuyaph Account login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. kuyaph will never contact you by any means to request your password.
You must not share your Account credentials with any other person. kuyaph is entitled to treat all activity conducted through your Account as having been authorized by you. Any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized Account access caused by your failure to maintain credential security are your responsibility.
You must notify kuyaph's customer support team immediately if you suspect your Account has been accessed without your authorization. kuyaph will investigate all reports of unauthorized access and may temporarily suspend the Account during the investigation period. kuyaph's liability in respect of unauthorized Account access is limited to cases where the unauthorized access is directly attributable to a security failure on kuyaph's systems.
kuyaph strongly recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their Accounts and use a strong, unique password. Biometric login is available on the kuyaph mobile application for compatible Android and iOS devices.
All financial transactions on the kuyaph Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). kuyaph accepts deposits through a range of regulated Philippine payment channels including GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposit limits may apply in accordance with your Account tier and PAGCOR regulations.
Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. kuyaph may return deposits made from unverified or third-party sources and suspend the Account pending investigation.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the Player's most recent deposit unless an alternative verified method has been approved by kuyaph's compliance team. This policy exists to comply with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests may be subject to verification of identity and source of funds before processing is completed, particularly where the withdrawal amount exceeds defined thresholds.
kuyaph processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform, which vary by payment method. kuyaph is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network after funds have been remitted by kuyaph. kuyaph reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there is a reasonable basis to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of this Agreement.
kuyaph offers various promotional bonuses, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other incentives. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual offer as published on the Platform at the time the offer is made available.
The following general principles apply to all kuyaph bonus offers unless the specific bonus terms state otherwise:
Players who have opted out of marketing communications may not be eligible for certain promotional offers delivered via those channels. Players may manage their communication preferences in Account Settings.
All games offered on the kuyaph Platform operate under specific game rules published within each game's interface or information panel. These game rules form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and the general terms of this Agreement, the game-specific rule shall prevail for matters directly relating to gameplay.
kuyaph's Random Number Generator (RNG) systems used in electronic games are independently certified and audited to ensure statistical fairness and compliance with published Return to Player (RTP) rates. Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in regulated studio environments with video surveillance.
In the event of a technical failure, system error, or communications breakdown that interrupts a game in progress, kuyaph's gaming software will attempt to restore the game to its state immediately before the disruption. Where restoration is not possible, the affected wager will be refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. kuyaph's determination of the outcome of any game dispute arising from a technical error is final, subject to the PAGCOR escalation process.
kuyaph reserves the right to void any bet or wager where there is reasonable cause to believe the outcome was affected by an error in game software, odds compilation, or data feed, or where the bet was placed after the event outcome was known (commonly known as "past-posting"). Such determinations will be made reasonably and in good faith.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the kuyaph Platform and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement:
kuyaph employs real-time monitoring systems and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, kuyaph will take all necessary action including Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
kuyaph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. Gambling should be an enjoyable leisure activity. kuyaph recognizes that for some players it can become problematic, and the Platform is designed to provide meaningful tools to help players maintain control.

All content on the kuyaph Platform — including but not limited to the kuyaph name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, text, audio-visual elements, and databases — is the property of kuyaph or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any kuyaph software; or use kuyaph's trademarks or branding without express prior written consent.
Any unauthorized use of kuyaph's intellectual property will result in immediate Account termination and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, kuyaph's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall be limited to the amount of the Player's Real Money Balance in their Account at the time the claim arises.
kuyaph expressly excludes all liability for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages; (b) loss of profits or loss of opportunity; (c) any loss arising from the Player's reliance on information provided on the Platform; (d) service interruptions caused by events outside kuyaph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet service disruptions, natural disasters, and government or regulatory action.
kuyaph does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features. kuyaph will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
kuyaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account, and to withhold or void any pending withdrawal or bonus balance, where there is reasonable cause to believe that any of the following has occurred:
Where an Account is closed for reasons other than breach of this Agreement or legal requirement, any verified Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a reasonable period. Bonus balances are not returned upon Account closure regardless of the reason, unless required by PAGCOR regulation.
Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting kuyaph's customer support team via live chat. Voluntary Account closure does not constitute self-exclusion unless the Player specifically requests self-exclusion under Section 10.
kuyaph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, kuyaph will notify registered Players via the email address on their Account and will publish the updated Agreement on the Platform with a revised effective date.
It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Continued use of the kuyaph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your Account prior to the effective date of the change.
For changes required by PAGCOR regulation or Philippine law, the amended Terms may take effect immediately without prior notice to Players.
This Agreement, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and kuyaph relating to any gaming transaction, payment, or Account matter, the Player should first contact kuyaph's customer support team to seek informal resolution. kuyaph will use its best efforts to resolve all complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint mechanism. kuyaph fully cooperates with all PAGCOR-mediated dispute resolution processes. Where PAGCOR's process is exhausted without resolution, the parties agree that disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
